36 – Below the diaphragm and Talus

Relating to the earth! Below the throracic diaphragm we relate to the earth. We let the diaphragms move in relationship to each other, we let the bones relate to the earth and we end with my favorite foot bone: the talus! An interesting place in our body where our weight is transmitted to the front of the foot and the back of the foot. Plus it is suspended and not in contact with the earth!
