63 – No.6 of Series Organ: Connecting and relating organs
Moving from the container: skeletal-muscular system to the contents: the organs. Finding counter-rotation and sequencing through the organs, eventually connecting them to the limbs. -
62 – No.5 of Series Organ: The Brain
Exploring different parts of the brain. Their place, weight and relationship with each other. The meninges protecting, suspending and differentiating the brain. Creating space, release and ease in our heads. -
61 – No.4 of Series Organ: Kidney / Bladder
Using the support of the kidneys for movement. Exploring their connection to the limbs and their relationship to the bladder. Kidneys and bladder are forming a triangle. -
60 – No.3 of Series Organ: The Spleen
The spleen sits underneath the thoracic diaphragm, behind the stomach. In this class we explore its place, weight, relationship to stomach, pancreas and liver. -

Second class of the series on organs. The liver is an important organ of the metabolism. We explore its weight, relationship to other digestive organs, the breath aswell as to the heart and the navel. -
58 – No.1 of Series Organ: The heart as a sense organ
The heart is sensing. It is receiving and it is letting go. We explore the heart as part of the blood circulation. -
57 – Different layers of the bone
Exploring the different layers of the bone and their qualities / architecture. -
56 – Sternum
Moving the different parts of the sternum - manubrium, body of the sternum and xyphoid process, freeing the connection with the ribs and clavicle -
55 – Shoulder, Arms, Hands
Exploration of the shoulder blade in relation to the ribs. Movement of the humerus in the shoulder joint. The relation of the fingers to the shoulder girdle. -
54 -Sphenoid, Spine, Tail
The sphenoid bone is located in the middle of the skull, it is in direct contact with almost all the other bones in the skull. It is in strong relationship with our senses. -
53 – Pelvis – Foot Connection
Important landmarks of the pelvis, the 6 joints, movement in the hip joint, moving from the pelvic halves, connection of inner and outer surface of the pelvis to the foot as well as underside and top of pelvis in connection to the foot. Bony landmarks of the pelvic diaphragm and its movement in relation to the legs. -
