46 – Cells, Nerves, CSF
We are moving first from our fluid ground, cellular presence, cellular being and then from our Nervous System: Sensory, Motor Pathways, registering and activating. Then adding the lightness and suspension of cerebrospinalfluid. -
45 – Vagus Nerve
Exploration of the different roots of the vagus, stimulating, massaging and supporting the modulation of tone in the vagus complex. -
44 – Nerves, Blood, Cells
Exploration of blood supporting the nerves. -
43 – Embryology of the Nervous System
The NS comes from endoderm. Neural groove, neural tube, neural crest. Movement towards the midline and out into the periphery. -
42 – Balancing the Autonomic Nervous System
Through seven major centers along the torso in the front and back of our body and through the roots of the vagus we balance sympathetic and parasympathetic Nervous System. -
41 – Fat and Superficial Nervous System Network
Moving from fat in our body, myelin sheath around nerves and superficial nervous system network -

Central and Peripheral Nervous System -

The thymus sits on top of the heart. Both support movements of our arms and hands. -
38 – Endocrine Glands of the head
Relating to space! Pituitary gland, pineal gland and mammilary bodies support our relationship to space. -
37 – Belly-Brain Relationship
The intestine as organ, endocrine gland and its own brain. The brain as a brain, an organ and home for pituitary gland. They "talk" and "listen" with each other. -

What a journey: Relating to the earth with thoracic diaphragm, pelvic diaphragm, perineum, coccygeal body, feet diaphragm, bones, talus -
35 – Earth and Sky
Yield, Bond, Relate to Earth and Space. Exploration of cellular tone as a manifestation of activity in the cells.
