39 – Heart and Thymus

In this class we are exploring the relationship of heart and lower arm/wrist and thymus to shoulders. The heart is often metaphorically related to empathy, love and relation. It supports movements in our hands, movements of receive, hold and let go. The thymus is part of our immune system sits underneath the manubrium in a „suspension bridge“ between the shoulders and supports their alignment.
