42 – Balancing the Autonomic Nervous System

In BMC® we are calling seven major centers along the front and the back of our body the Autonomic Lateral Ganglionic Centers. You will not find them in anatomy books but discover them through personal experience. In this class we are using their location to balance front and back / sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous System. We are also including the roots of ventral and dorsal vagus nerv in the brain stem.
