45 – Vagus Nerve

In this class we are exploring the different roots of the vagus complex through self-touch, release and movement. Looking at the anatomical details of ventral and dorsal roots as well as other nerve branches that are in concert with the vagus branch. Exploring the ventral and it’s relation to social engagement, the dorsal with its branches going to many organs. Balancing flexion and extension, including the roof of the mouth.
