48 – Lumbosacral Plexus
The lumbosacral plexus is divided by the lumbar plexus, a web of nerves that is enervating mainly the inner and front part of the leg and by the sacral plexus that is enervating mainly the back of the leg. Through the lumbosacral plexus the leg is embraced. In this class we are releasing these nerves into their environment and into gravity and move with the relationship of front and back of the leg.
