46 – Cells, Nerves, CSF

In this class we start moving from our fluid ground. Fluid volume, cellular being, cellular presence and cellular breathing. Touch starts on a cellular level. We then add the quality of  our nervous system, central and peripheral nervous system, centering through our sensory and motor nerves. „The nervous system is the last to know“ BBC. We explore both: cellular presence and nervous system activity. Later we add the fluidity, lightness and suspension of the cerebrospinal fluid.
