51 – Inner relationships of the organs
The organs have either concave or convex surfaces. They are filling out spaces. And they move into each other’s spaces and fullness. We are resting, leaning, yielding organs into their neighbors, offering surfaces to rest on. The thoracic diaphragm is offering concave/convex surfaces for the organs underneath and on top. In the end of class we will explore breathing into the omental bursa. A chamber behind the stomach, that can be perceived as a very calm and centering place.
