“Delving into Fullness”
Body-Mind Centering® Workshop

This workshop invites you to delve into the fullness of your body. By sensing the presence of our organs, we explore three-dimensionality, elasticity, and embodied presence from within. Each organ carries its own story, qualities, and functions. In their beauty and complexity, they sustain life and support movement through their remarkable adaptability. Inside us unfolds a collaborative dance that nourishes and shapes our motion.

We will explore how the organs support elasticity, lightness, buoyancy, resilience, comfort, and a sense of fullness. We will relate to earth and space, follow the flows within us, and navigate between inner movement and the world around us.

Through anatomy, somatization, touch, sound, and movement—both individually and with a partner—we will attune to the organs, their rhythms, pulsations, vibrations, flow, relief, and aliveness and bring these sensations into larger movements and dance. Along the way, we will take side journeys into fluids, connective tissues, embryology, and developmental movement patterns, tracing expression from the smallest cellular level to expansive movement through space.

My wish is to awaken joy in movement and curiosity for exploring your body. You will be offered profound anatomical knowledge alongside deep experiential practice, fostering awareness of the interconnectedness between inner and outer processes—from subtle cellular perception to its expression through movement.

You will be guided through movement explorations, somatic visualizations and sensory awareness practices, gentle touch and partner work, breath exploration and developmental movement patterns.
