51 – Inner relationships of the organs
The organs have either concave or convex surfaces. They are filling out spaces. And they move into each other's spaces and fullness. We are resting, leaning, yielding organs into their neighbors, offering surfaces to rest on. -
50 – Freeing the spine through the senses
We are bringing the special senses of the head in relation with each other. Adding the pituitary gland as a central hub, and the coccyx as the root. -
49 – Senses and Perception
Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, proprioception, vestibular. We are also exploring our relationship with the earth and space. Change of tone in our body depending on our relationship with the earth. -
48 – Lumbosacral Plexus
The lumbosacral plexus is a web of nerves that travel from the lumbar spine and sacrum to the legs. -
47 – Brachial plexus
From condensing and expanding rhythm we explore to "comb" the brachial plexus, release and move from it. -
46 – Cells, Nerves, CSF
We are moving first from our fluid ground, cellular presence, cellular being and then from our Nervous System: Sensory, Motor Pathways, registering and activating. Then adding the lightness and suspension of cerebrospinalfluid. -
45 – Vagus Nerve
Exploration of the different roots of the vagus, stimulating, massaging and supporting the modulation of tone in the vagus complex. -
44 – Nerves, Blood, Cells
Exploration of blood supporting the nerves. -
43 – Embryology of the Nervous System
The NS comes from ectoderm. Neural groove, neural tube, neural crest. Movement towards the midline and out into the periphery. -
42 – Balancing the Autonomic Nervous System
Through seven major centers along the torso in the front and back of our body and through the roots of the vagus we balance sympathetic and parasympathetic Nervous System. -
41 – Fat and Superficial Nervous System Network
Moving from fat in our body, myelin sheath around nerves and superficial nervous system network -
40 – Nervous System
Central and Peripheral Nervous System
