50 – Freeing the spine through the senses
We are moving through the wheel of perception – nose, mouth, ears, eyes bringing them in relation with each other and freeing the neck to allow the cervical spine to move in ease. The pituitary gland is like the center of a hub. And all is rooted in the movement of the coccyx. In the end we explore homolateral crawling by swimming our tail and responding with our senses.
