Here are recorded online classes that I taught in the last years for Tanzfabrik Berlin. Classes are taught in english with some german translation.

63 – No.6 of Series Organ: Connecting and relating organs
Moving from the container: skeletal-muscular system to the contents: the organs. Finding counter-rotation and sequencing through the organs, eventually connecting them to the limbs. -
62 – No.5 of Series Organ: The Brain
Exploring different parts of the brain. Their place, weight and relationship with each other. The meninges protecting, suspending and differentiating the brain. Creating space, release and ease in our heads. -
61 – No.4 of Series Organ: Kidney / Bladder
Using the support of the kidneys for movement. Exploring their connection to the limbs and their relationship to the bladder. Kidneys and bladder are forming a triangle. -
60 – No.3 of Series Organ: The Spleen
The spleen sits underneath the thoracic diaphragm, behind the stomach. In this class we explore its place, weight, relationship to stomach, pancreas and liver. -
59 -No.2 of Series Organ: The liver
Second class of the series on organs. The liver is an important organ of the metabolism. We explore its weight, relationship to other digestive organs, the breath aswell as to the heart and the navel. -
58 – No.1 of Series Organ: The heart as a sense organ
The heart is sensing. It is receiving and it is letting go. We explore the heart as part of the blood circulation. -
Class No.1 of Series “Receive and Let go”
First day of the series "Receive and Let go". Exploration of the inner surface of the lungs as a place of receiving and letting go. -
Class No.2 of Series “Receive and Let go”
Second day of the series "Receive and let go". The inner surface of the digestive tract as a place of receiving and letting go. Movement support for the spine. -
Class No.3 of Series “Receive and Let go”
Third day of the series "Receive an Let go". Liver, Gallbladder, Pancreas, Spleen as support for movement. -
Class No.4 of Series “Receive and Let go”
Fourth day of series "Receive and let go". The bones of the hand, grasping, letting go, breathing. -
Class No.5 of Series “Receive and Let go”
Fith day of the series "Receive and Let go". The Jaw, Tounge and Hyoid bone. -
Class No.1 of Series “Reflexes” – Tone
We move through cellular breathing, cellular tone, simultaneously condensing and expanding yield to flexion and extension of the whole body
