Class No.1 of Series “Reflexes” – Tone

Tone is the readiness to respond or relate. One’s basic tone begins to develop in utero, in the restriction of uterine fluid environment, later under the influence of gravity and is constantly modified by our experiences – how we relate physically, perceptually, emotionally. Cellular tone is the underlying activity of the whole body. In this class we move with cellular breathing, through simultaneously condensing and expanding yield to physiological flexion and extension.
